Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order with International Shipping. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages/Lost is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. 

If you received your order damaged, please contact us where we will advise and assist.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

If your order does not arrive please within 5 business days, please contact us. We may ask customers to wait up to 10 business days at which point we will offer a send the item again or refund in full.

International Shipping Policy currently offer flat rate international shipping. We also reserve the right to contact the customer should shipping costs be higher than expected. We will provide the opportunity to pay the additional amount or accept a refund in full.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 5 working days. This may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you receive any item and believe it to be faulty, please contact us.

You have 30 calendar days to return a defective item from the date you received it.

You must retain the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non ­refundable, unless the item is faulty.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
