What sort of damage can you repair?

We can repair all kinds of cosmetic damage to alloy wheels, buckled and cracked wheels.

Can you repair my cracked wheel?

We use a 3rd party for all our crack welding needs. We can arrange for a crack to be welded whilst your wheel is in for refurbishment. Should you have a wheel that requires welding only, you should contact CT Fabrications directly - Chris 07816 028662 you can check out their Facebook page here

How long does it take you to restore diamond cut wheels?

We aim to complete diamond cut refurbishments within 3-4 working days. In certain instances, this can take a little longer however we will always advise at the time of booking if that is the case.

Can I leave my car with you for longer than the time it takes to restore the wheels?

Yes, we can keep your car for up to a week if necessary.

Can you paint my wheels a different colour?

We certainly can.  Just let us know which colour you would like.

What is the biggest size wheel you can handle?

We can restore wheels up to 24"

Do you sell tyres?

Yes, we offer competitive prices on tyres. Speak to a member of the team for a quote.

Do you balance the wheels once you’ve refurbished them?

Yes we do.

Can every Diamond cut wheel be Diamond Cut again?

No. Due to the complex nature of re-cutting alloy wheels, if the damage is particularly heavy sometimes it is not possible. We like to see the wheel or at the very least a picture so we can advise further on this. We can still offer a powder coat refurbishment though.

Do you take a deposit?

Yes. Due to a number of customers not turning up to their booking, or cancelling at very short notice, we now request a non-refundable £50 deposit for ALL bookings. This amount is put against your final bill and not an additional cost.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We work with Payment Assist to spread the cost of your bill over 4 monthly payments (maximum spend £1000), subject to a soft credit search. 

Is your premises secure?

Yes, we have a fully monitored alarm and CCTV system.  The industrial estate is also covered by ANPR cameras.

Can you repair magnesium wheels?

Unfortunately, the products and processes we use do not enable us to refurbish magnesium wheels.

Do you repair split rims?

No, we don’t offer that service.

Do you collect?

We will collect either the vehicle or loose wheels (subject to availability), but do not attend to remove the wheels. 

Do you offer a mobile service?

We used to, but now only work from our workshop in Small Dole.

Do you offer a courtesy car?

We can arrange a loan vehicle while we undertake the work. This is subject to availability and certain conditions - please ask.
